What you need before you file
- A unique name that ends in "Limited Liability Company," "L.L.C." or "LLC."
- A registered agent with a Florida street address. P.O. boxes and out-of-state addresses aren't accepted, and your LLC can't be its own agent. Inc Authority covers this for the first year.
- A principal street address for the LLC. You can add a separate mailing address, which can be a P.O. box.
- Managers or authorized representatives (optional, but recommended).

Is forming a Florida LLC really free?

What about a registered agent after the first year?
